Flexible Deployment

Innovation Hubs scale from small organisations to large multi-site environments. Innovation Hubs are typically deployed in organisations or ecosystems with 2,000+ stakeholders where coordination, visibility, and delivery across teams becomes structurally complex. Smaller organisations are welcome to begin on the Global Platform and grow into a Hub when appropriate.

Typical tiers:

Small organisations (2,000+ stakeholders)
Medium organisations (10,000+ stakeholders)
Large enterprises (50,000+ stakeholders)

Each deployment includes:

Private branded environment
Full Ambition OS functionality
Configuration and setup
Onboarding support
Ongoing platform support

Pricing is based on scale and configuration. This includes setup and highly competitive per seat pricing.

Why Organisations Deploy Innovation Hubs

Most organisations with 2,000+ people experience:

  • duplicated effort across teams
  • slow or unclear decision flow
  • ideas and improvements lost in email and meetings
  • limited visibility of real progress
  • transformation initiatives that stall
  • difficulty coordinating across departments or partners

These issues are structural, not personal.
They cost time, money, and momentum every year.

An Innovation Hub provides a simple coordination layer that:

  • connects people to priorities
  • turns ideas into structured initiatives
  • makes progress visible
  • enables measurable delivery
  • compounds organisational learning

This is why organisations deploy a Hub.

Start With Experience

We recommend organisations begin by experiencing the system directly via the Global Platform.

Then move to a private Innovation Hub if appropriate.
