These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Ideas-Shared Affiliate Program (“Program”). By joining the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Eligibility
The Program is open to any individual or organisation interested in promoting Ideas-Shared.
You must have a valid PayPal account to receive payments.
Affiliates must be at least 18 years old.
2. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn 30% commission on the annual subscription price of any plan purchased through their unique affiliate link.
Commissions apply for the lifetime of the referred member, including renewals.
First Affiliate Locks In: If multiple affiliates refer the same member, the first tracked affiliate receives credit for the lifetime of that member.
3. Tracking and Cookies
Each affiliate is assigned a unique tracking link.
Cookie duration: 60 days.
Any subscription made via the affiliate’s unique link within the cookie period is eligible for commission.
4. Payouts
Minimum payout: £50.
Payment method: PayPal only.
Payment schedule: Monthly, 10 days after month-end.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their PayPal account details are accurate.
5. Promotion Guidelines
Affiliates must promote Ideas-Shared ethically and honestly:
Use only approved marketing materials provided by Ideas-Shared.
Do not engage in:Spam, unsolicited email campaigns, or misleading advertisements.
Promoting on illegal or adult sites.
Misrepresenting Ideas-Shared or its services.
Ideas-Shared reserves the right to reject or remove affiliates who violate these guidelines.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time.
Upon termination, affiliates will still receive commissions for active subscriptions acquired before termination, in accordance with the program rules.
7. Limitation of Liability
Ideas-Shared is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the Program.
Affiliates are responsible for their own taxes or reporting requirements.
8. Modifications
Ideas-Shared reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Affiliates will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
